Responsibilities
- Photocopying, categorizing, and organizing documents.
- Distributing and delivering mail.
- Maintaining stock of consumables and ensuring orders are placed when necessary; ensuring printers and other office equipment are always ready for use (enough paper, ink, toner, etc.).
- Performing minor maintenance of office equipment (clearing paper jams, staples, etc.) and communicating with the relevant department if further repairs are needed.
- Preparing materials for conferences, seminars, etc.
- Performing minor technical repairs to facilities when needed.
- Performing data processing, such as scanning, typing, etc., according to set standards.
- Performing simple office work such as paper and digital archiving, copying documents, etc.

Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to use office equipment (computers, control panel, printers, photocopiers, fax machines, etc.)
- Two years of work experience in a similar position would be an asset.
