- Coordinate with the Health Officer and health technical officer in processing secondary health care referrals.
- Coordinate with the Health Officer in processing all medical aids referrals
- Coordinate with IMC clinics staff in fulfilling all standard requirements and documentations for all referrals and post-secondary health care assessments.
- Maintain a clear record, archive, follow up system on all referrals using detailed reporting format.
- Responsible for Data entry for referrals from all IMC mobile and static clinics, and provide continuous update to health officer, and IMC clinics’ supervisors.
- Responsible for processing all hearing aid referrals, ensuring all technical requirements are met, and issuing related procurements requests.
- Close follow up for all referred patients, to ensure all provided services meet IMC standards and referrals SOPs.
- Monitoring field visits to IMC clinics, and contracted services’ providers, to ensure provision of high quality services.
- Liaison with logistics in terms of following up contracts with private specialists and hospitals and issuing related work orders and PRs.
- Receiving, reviewing, checking, and submitting referrals’ related invoices of all contracted hospitals, doctors, and vendors.
- Liaison with finance department regarding payments of IMC contracted hospitals, doctors, and vendors including following up the payments and ensuring all required documents are available.
- Archiving both hard and soft copies of all referrals related documents including the patients’ referrals, medical reports, and financial documents and invoices.
- Any other duty deemed necessary for fulfilment of program objectives.

- Health related Bachelor degree/Diploma.
- Minimum one year in related field. Experience with NGOs is preferable.
