•Draft and alignment of a concept and plan of external communication measures based on a thorough analysis of the status quo of external communication, of the public perception of the organisation in the country, and in alignment with the management strategy and the 3-years fundraising strategy. Implementation, evaluation and if needed quick adaptation of the plan
•Accompany fundraising campaigns, support fundraising colleagues with expertise for external communications and adaptation of content for all channels, online and offline
•Identify key media and key journalists and foster the relationship with them to proactively position the organization's topics and messages in the national news agenda
•Organise crisis communications in close cooperation with the national crisis management team, act as an information hub to regional and international offices
•Closely cooperate with the National Director, the National Programme Development Director, National Advocacy Officer and the National Family Strengthening Programme Manager to pursue a consistent message about the organisation and its mission and activities
•Has the necessary skills to appear in the media and participate in all television and radio interviews on behalf of sos
•Responsible for managing sos pages on social media platforms& website and ensuring that they keep pace with all of sos activities and activities
•Responsible to raise awareness of the SOS Child Protection Policy principles and to protect children from all forms of abuse, abandonment, exploitation, violence and discrimination
•Responsible within own area of work to prevent and protect children of all forms of abuse, abandonment, exploitation, violence and discrimination based on SOS Child Protection Policy principles
•Responsible for crisis communication process in CS incidents monitored by or escalated by GSC following the crisis communication policy support document
•Responsible to report any Child Safeguarding (CS) suspicion, concern, allegation or incident immediately following Child Safeguarding reporting procedures. CS reports should be made to the national CS focal person or any other member of the national CS team and/or to respective line manager.

1- At least five years of experience in communications
2- High experience in organizing crisis communications in cooperation with the national crisis management team
3- High skill in managing social media pages and websites
4- He must have the qualifications to appear in the media as an official spokesman for the association
5- Excellent English language
