Responsibilities
• Conduct regular Audits on the warehouses and physical inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Generate and analyze inventory and operations reports
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks effectively.
• Coordinate and manage daily operations of the warehousing and logistics monitoring service
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards
• Plan and schedule deliveries, collections and shipments
• Oversee the tracking and monitoring of inventory levels and stock movements
• Monitor and improve the performance of the logistics and warehousing operations team
• Ensure the efficient and effective utilization of resources, including staff and equipment

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
2+ years of experience in warehouse management /third-party warehouse management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
Knowledge of warehouse management processes, policies, and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to travel within Syria.
Good command in English
2+ years of experience in warehouse management /third-party warehouse management.
