Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
• Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is always clean and presentable.
• Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
• Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

• No Previous experience is required, however previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
