Responsibilities
Program Implementation and Support:
- In collaboration with and under the supervision of the Project Manager, sets-up Workplan activities for ERL projects in compliance with project results and donor requirements;
- Under the guidance of the Project Manager, provides leadership to the project field team (Field Assistants and volunteers) coordinating and supervising the activities and timely addressing challenges during implementation;
- In collaboration with and under the supervision of Project Manager, he/she assess the needs for goods/services to support activities and report them to the Project Manager ensuring follow up of procurements with Logistic department;
- Ensures good relationship with external stakeholders at field level;
- Under the supervision of the Project Manager and in coordination with local partners, supports assessments to identify ERL needs and gaps in current projects and respective areas of operations.

Reporting and Documentation:
- In collaboration with Project Manager, monitors project performance against the protocols designed for the program and ensure action points are addressed in their respective timeframe;
- Ensures that projects reporting (internal and external) is completed in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with donor requirements and according to Project Manager indications;
- Under the supervision of the Project Manager, develops/strengthens MEAL tools, in collaboration with project field staff and MEAL Officer;
- In collaboration with Project Manager, ensures proper filling and data storage for ERL related activities for all the projects;
- Ensures the implementation of sufficient monthly monitoring and evaluation of ERL projects;
- Ensures that data is collected, archived, processed, analyzed and disseminated in ethical modalities, in line with internal data protection protocols;
- Undertakes regular field monitoring visits to assess ongoing activities and prepares reports to monitor quality of programs implementation and is always present during critical activities such as distributions, PDMs, FGD, etc.

Compliance:
- Organizes ad hoc meetings with field staff, under Project Manager direct supervision, and other staff as relevant to share challenges and priorities and develop action plans to address them;
- Ensures that project staff under his/her direct responsibilities are able to perform their roles and responsibilities and provide knowledge transfer if as needed;
- Ensures a positive work environment, showing sensitivity and understanding in resolving conflicts and facilitating productive discussions with staff and stakeholders;
- Ensures activities are implemented in line with COOPI Code of Conduct, Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs), policies and guidelines on Protection, Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA);
- Performs any other task relevant to the project as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant implementation experience in ERL and/or FSL sector with NGOs.
- Ability to plan activities to reach target results and objectives.
- Experience in working in projects related to Vocational Training, On Site Mentorship, and/or engaging PWDs in Market Labor is desirable.
- Experienced in preparing/revising monitoring tools and system, data collection and analysis.
- Excellent reporting skills/experience in reporting protection activities and issues.

Skills:
- Ability to plan and organize work under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment.
- Solid team working and management skills in multicultural environment.
- Positive, problem solver and dynamic with ability to motivate and guide staff.
- Fluency in English (written and oral).
- Arabic native speaker.
