Build and develop sustainable and beneficial relationships with merchants, provide them with excellent support and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Analyze merchants' needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet them, deal with commercial problems and inquiries and provide immediate and effective solutions.
Enhance the use of electronic payment products and services by merchants and increase the volume of commercial transactions.
Provide support and guidance to merchants in using the compAany's electronic payment platforms and help solve technical and operational problems.
Follow up on the latest developments in the electronic payment and e-commerce industry and competitors' activities and review all decisions related to electronic payment, and apply them in the company's strategies.
Communicate with current and potential merchants and submit proposals and presentations about the company's services and products.
Keep up-to-date with merchants' information on products, offers and services in order to increase sales.
Manage commercial contracts and agreements and ensure that they are properly implemented according to the specified standards and policies
Negotiate with potential merchants to conclude new deals
Cooperate with other departments within the company to ensure providing high-quality services to merchants
Work on preparing daily, weekly or monthly reports on merchant activities
Any other duties assigned to him in the field of job specialization.
