Responsibilities
Preparing the operational plan and determining the performance indicators related to the tasks of the events department
Following up on the implementation of the annual plan for events and activities by determining the requirements of the events, the timetable and the expected budget.
Establishing and building communication channels with clients and companies with the aim of activating, improving and enhancing the image and reputation of the concerned party and increasing the effectiveness of its operations
Good marketing of the events carried out by the company
Ensuring that the events of the department are archived and documented according to the forms and procedures
Conducting post-event evaluations in order to determine corrective actions to improve the level of future events
Negotiating contracts with service providers and suppliers
Presenting innovative and creative ideas for events that lead to attracting the attention of the public at various levels
Supervising event facilities to ensure their compliance with requirement

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or Marketing
At least 7 years of work experience in the field of marketing and public relations
