Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing the company's strategy.
- Monitor, understand and interpret operational metrics to improve implementation.
- Develop plans and programs to track vehicle movement to ensure that customers are provided with the best quality service.
- Perform administrative tasks such as registering captains, responding to their inquiries and those of their customers, following up on captains and verifying their compliance with company rules and instructions related to vehicle readiness.
- Train captains on company policy, when necessary, in the absence of certified trainers.
- Conduct analyses related to customer complaints and their negative and positive comments and ensure that they are efficiently addressed with the customer service department.
- Understand opportunities for improvements or new features related to the electronic application in place to enhance the company's market, measure their impact, and assist in their implementation.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in analytical and data reading skills.
- Proficiency in English and the ability to present ideas in a comprehensive and concise manner.
- University degree or at least a secondary institute certificate.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Teamwork, showing optimism, respecting others and working well in a team. Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and responsibilities.
- Executive excellence with the ability to adapt to a changing and fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience working on mobile applications is an excellent addition.
- Proficiency in English and the ability to present ideas in a comprehensive and concise manner.
