Responsibilities
1. Follow up radio and transport networks hardware maintenance activities with concerned, and conduct site visit when needed.
2. Conduct site visits to damaged / destroyed radio sites and prepare a report of needed equipment renovation activities and requirements.
3. Coordinate and follow up with concerned non-constructional activities related to sites renovation.
4. Monitor and analyze radio sites’ hardware performance / fault alarms to ensure service quality and availability of radio sites/ MW links & outdoor nodes, carry out the needed actions.
5. Suggest modifications for radio sites hardware and follow up implementation with Radio & Rollout Unit.
6. Review reports of radio sites’ hardware maintenance activities to verify efficiency of preventive / correction maintenance, and carry out the needed actions.
7. Propose power solutions for existing radio sites and send the nominated solution to Rollout Section.
8. Monitor and analyze the performance of existing power solutions in radio sites (Batteries, generators, renewable energy solution, etc.) and request modifications from concerned when necessary.
9. Troubleshoot problems related to hardware installed in radio site locations or technical lab and conduct site visits when necessary.
10. Follow up under warranty hardware problems with vendors when needed.
11. Evaluate technical specifications of maintenance hardware in each purchasing offer.
12. Search for solutions and propose practices to enhance the operation of hardware installed in radio site locations.
13. Solve customers' complaints related to hardware problems effectively and on time as per related policies and procedures.
14. Provide concerned Department with complete and accurate feedback about the actions applied to solve the complaints.
15. Prepare guidelines for radio and power solutions based on providers’ recommendations.
16. Update records related to Site Performance Section activities.
17. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
18. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
19. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Qualifications
1. Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering.
1 year of technical experience is a plus
