1. Contribute in the development of the company's Succession Planning Program and Career Development Initiatives and follow up its implementation.
2. Prepare and follow up Individual Development Plans.
3. Review all Departments' Functional/Individual objectives to ensure they are SMART, cascaded, review KPIs “Key Performance Indicators”.
4. Handle Employee Performance Evaluation Cycles including the appraisal system and complaints
5. Prepare Performance Improvement Plans (PIP), follow up till closing.
6. Initiate the required actions for ECS employees at the end of the cycle based on the skills and concerned feedback.
7. Set the required programs for all employees based on the conducted assessment on the required skills.
8. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
9. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management and Job-related Systems.

1. Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR/Business Administration is required
1 Years of HR Experience is required.
2. Professional Certification: GPHR (Global Professional Human Resources) is a plus
