1. Prepare employees’ yearly visits plan to discuss employees’ concerns on business and personal levels and to identify individual and common problems.
2. Contact new recruits & internal transfer cases and their upper one during probation/ trial period, follow up their concerns and evaluate the progress.
3. Conduct exit interview with departing employees below HOS level.
4. Conduct field visit to all Syriatel premises to ensure the proper implementation of corporate policies.
5. Conduct investigations and follow up violation, grievance, customers’ leaking information complaints of all employees below HOS level and prepare related warning letters.
6. Validate all recognitions and awards requests and prepare related to letters and certificates.
7. Suggest, prepare and implement employees’ entertainment / cultural related activities in coordination with the concerned Departments/committee.
8. Handle employees’ inquiries and concerns complaints including long sick leaves.
9. Accompany concerned entity in hotels visits to evaluate suitability for accommodation.
10. Handle change business line requests when needed.
11. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
12. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management and Job-related Systems.

1. Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration/HR
1 Year of HR Experience is a plus
2. Professional Certification:
a. PHRi (Professional in Human Resources -international) is a plus
b. SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resources Resource Management - Certified Professional) is a plus
