Responsibilities
1. Set civil structural standards and specification for Radio and Microwave (MW) sites in term of support load, installation, packing, storing, fabrication, supply services.
2. Prepare and follow up requests for purchase orders regarding support and solar steel structure and request for quotations including all details.
3. Review and check all related civil designs regarding structure support and solar structure and update the necessary databases within the civil scope.
4. Check Consultant Reports (CRs) to ensure that is adopted with Syriatel Standards and required specifications and provide the needed recommendations.
5. Perform acceptance and inspection visits to providers’ manufactures during the fabrication process to ensure matching predefined specifications.
6. Follow up issuing and withdrawing structural supports and solar steel structure material requests and update all necessary reports.
7. Follow up contractors’ works in all regions in terms of CRs, quality, time frame, and work obstacles during regular meetings.
8. Follow up Radio and TRM Sites civil work implementation in order to achieve Master Coverage Plan and transmission objective with concerned entity.
9. Provide advice for MW and radio modifications, alternative power solution to add generators/FCB/Solar on site, and define the suitable type of supports for each site from Civil Engineering perspective.
10. Review and check all related initial designs for the new or renovated sites within the civil scope.
11. Prepare budget for Radio and TRM Sites in regards of site civil scope of work.
12. Participate in the technical evaluation of new and existing civil providers.
13. Archive all documents related to Radio and TRM Sites (CRs and supports types)
14. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Experience: 2 years of civil structural Engineering experience are required.
