- Facilitate and oversee the execution of protection-related activities, ensuring alignment with established objectives, including child protection, gender-based violence (GBV), awareness-raising sessions, and psychosocial support (PSS).
- Conduct protection monitoring, gather data, and document the needs of affected individuals, ensuring their concerns are accurately represented and addressed.
- Engage in and contribute to awareness-raising sessions and informational campaigns designed to educate persons of concern about their rights and the resources available to them.
- Deliver accurate and timely information to refugees and migrants, guiding them on their entitlements and the services they can access, thereby empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Play an active role in assessments, both independently and jointly, to identify protection risks and issues, and report these findings to ensure timely and effective responses.
- Aid in the mapping of available services and the establishment of efficient referral systems to streamline access to necessary support for those in need.
- Identify individuals at risk and take necessary measures, including referrals to specialized support services and arranging for protective accompaniment, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assist in the coordination of Terre des hommes italy (TDH) distribution activities, prioritizing the identification and assistance of vulnerable persons to expedite their access to aid.
- Promote, assist, and monitor community-based protection mechanisms within emergency reception sites, fostering a safe and supportive environment for all.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports outlining progress, challenges, and insights from ongoing protection activities, ensuring timely communication and adjustment of strategies as necessary.
- Compile and present comprehensive monthly reports to the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders, summarizing achievements, lessons learned, and strategic recommendations for enhancing protection outcomes.

- Bachelor Degree in Education, Sociology, Social Sciences, or any other related.
- 2 years of experience in related field (Protection/Child Protection) with INGOs / At least 5 years of experience in related field with Local NGOs.
- Language fluency in English is required.
