1. Welcome Customers, answer and solve their inquiries and handle all requested services in a professional manner.
2. Collect all types of payments from customers (Bills, Advanced, Deposits... etc.)
3. Promote and sell Syriatel (products, mobile applications, VAS services “Value Added Services” and offers, competitions, etc...) also perform related data entry on the related system.
4. Receive and register customer's complaints and suggestions on the related system.
5. Collect and check (Forms, applications …) related to Point of Service's daily operation in order to be sent for archiving.
6. Handle Customers refund requests and return refund amount from own cash box.
7. Maintain Customer records by updating account information.
8. Support POS cash collection duties when needed.
9. Support Kiosk Section concerning Kiosk Controller duties when needed.
10. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
11. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
