1. Promote Syriatel Products and Services upon the preset target Plan.
2. Capture and report VOC (Voice of Customers) and complaints to the direct line of authority.
3. Perform sales and promotion operations during marketing initiatives and campaigns as per the agreed roadmap with concerned Units.
4. Participate in Implementing and executing market surveys according to marketing plan.
5. Report coverage issues if any to direct line of authority
6. Register daily visits data on the related system.
7. Provide feedback on services / products used and experienced upon concerned dept. request to the direct line of authority for enhancement.
