Responsibilities
- Support the Project Manager of the different sectors especially in Cash and Vouchers projects in scheduling and forecasting project activities.
- Provide important business information and support ad-hoc reports as directed by the project Manager.
- Support creation of materials for various management reviews and meetings.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to the project manager and leadership teams as warranted
- coordinate with local partner’s teams to develop and execute a plan to improve business processes as it relates to project financial controls
- Help drive best practices in order to eliminate waste, increase innovation and create value for the work
- Develop relationships with the project team and stakeholders and support capabilities to drive best practice project financial reporting across the organization.
- Assisting in the assessment of the beneficiaries’ situation and their additional needs, also for the purpose of drafting new project proposals for funding.
- Preparing the expenditure sheet monthly, or as required by the head office, this includes ensuring that every request of funds is preceded by accurate reporting on the use of previously allocated budget.

Qualifications
- At least two years of professional experience.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, or other related field.
- English language: Excellent (writing, reading, and speaking)
