Responsibilities
•Responsible to install, maintain and troubleshoot all applications and software in FMFB-S related to the Core Banking System and all related services Provide support to the core banking system users.
•Perform the day today and periodic tasks of core banking administration tasks and backups.
•Manage system accounts and grant or deny a level permission to all users under the system policy after approval.
• Manage and operate reporting modules connected to the core banking system.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting for core banking system, insure of its integrity and high availability, and coordinate with authorized vendors if needed.
•Perform needed tests for any requested changes on the core banking and apply it after required confirmations and approvals.
•Responsible to train end users to use banking features according IT policy.


Qualifications
•Bachelor of Information Technology or Information Engineering, or equivalent in the field of work required.
•At least (3) years’ experience in IT or any relevant field, experience in dealing with data bases is required
•Preferably have previous experience in dealing with MySQL database And Linux OS.
•Communication, Time Management, Customer Service Skills.
• Flexibility, Integrity, Enthusiasm towards work, Ability to work in confidentiality.
• Good in spoken and written English.
•Completed or exempted from military service (for males candidates).
•Must be a citizen or living in Damascus.
•Must have the Syrian nationality.
