Responsibilities
a. Technical:
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
• Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and data encryption
• Manage and monitor system backups and disaster recovery processes
• Assist in the evaluation and implementation of new technologies
b. Administrative:
• Assist in developing and implementing ISMS policies and procedures
• Help manage IT projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline tracking
• Liaise with vendors and manage IT-related contracts
c. General:
• Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their IT needs
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. 5+ years of experience in IT.
3. Strong technical skills in networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity
4. Experience with project management methodologies
5. Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ISO27001, ITIL, COBIT)
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
