Responsibilities
• Collaborate with multiple departments to understand their data needs and gather data from various internal and external sources, including databases, ERP systems, and spreadsheets.
• Assist in automating data collection processes, ensuring efficient integration of data from diverse systems.
• Clean, validate, and structure data to ensure consistency across all platforms and systems.
• Work with senior team members to implement data transformation processes that streamline data usability and accessibility.
• Assist in analyzing data using descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis based on stakeholder requirement and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with BI team to interpret complex data and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and generate regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate key performance indicators and business metrics.
• Assist in creating customized dashboards for different teams, enabling them to monitor their performance metrics.
• Contribute to digital transformation projects by supporting data-driven process improvements, workflow automation, and system upgrades.
• Participate in organizational restructuring efforts by identifying inefficiencies in data processes and providing recommendations for improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of data governance policies to ensure data quality, privacy, and security, and maintain compliance with relevant internal policies.

Qualifications
• Either bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Data analysis skills, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
• Advance level in Excel is a must.
• Advance level in English (Written and Verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with different departments.
• Willingness to learn new management techniques and BI tools and adapt to evolving business needs.
