Responsibilities
- Identifying cases in need of psychosocial support
- Conducting comprehensive and integrated psychological and social assessments for individuals
- Identifying psychological problems
- Developing a care plan in collaboration with the beneficiary and then reviewing it with the technical supervisor
- Conducting home visits for cases and documenting them
- Referring cases to appropriate services that meet their needs based on the intervention plan designed in collaboration with the beneficiary
- Regularly monitoring the implementation of the care plan and referrals made until the case is closed
- Documenting all case management activities, including all referrals, according to the organization's policies
- Maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of cases and their files
- Preparing the required reports and sending them regularly
- Preparing a closure plan and handing over the assigned tasks to be shared with the supervisor or technical coordinator in case of ending work with the association or transferring the center to another entity

Qualifications
Psychology, Sociology, or Psychological Counseling degree
experience in humanitarian work no less than three years
