• Identifying and interviewing individuals of interest to the commission and providing training/advice for organizing projects to ensure proper selection and appropriate linkage to livelihood programs considering specific needs, capacities, readiness, interests, and capabilities for vocational training and employment.
• Providing entrepreneurship training to targeted beneficiaries as outlined in the training contents.
• Ensuring standardized operating procedures are available at community centers and relevant community spaces, and that specialized staff are familiar with and adhere to those procedures.
• Coordinating with the livelihood assistant when needed, including providing a list of potential beneficiaries and the final list of beneficiaries.
• Reviewing registration applications and participating in the selection process of those who will receive small business grant projects.
• Monitoring the progress of trainees even after they have received small business grant projects.
