Responsibilities
• Responsible for ensuring effective and efficient control & monitoring of activities.
• Identify risks to enhance internal controls and output the best practices.
• Interpret Finance & Administration's Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) within Syria’s context, ensure that SOPs are strictly followed, applied, and monitored.
• Organize and monitor files in relation to audit requirements.
• Develop and update policies, procedures, and training programs on compliance requirements and best practices.
• Regularly informs Finance & Administration Coordinator and the Management for result of the evaluations for the detected weaknesses and failures in their compliance, as well as inform management of any irregularities and red flags in the processes.
• Conduct compliance training sessions for employees and management.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree Accountancy or equivalent.
• Certificate in Internal Auditing and/or Fraud Examiner is an asset.
• At least 4-8 years' work experience in similar field.
• Fluent command of English.
• Excellent analytical skills.
