1. Evaluate new Service Providers’ portfolio, performance and all proposed services, features, systems, etc.
2. Monitor current Service Providers performance and all launched services, features, system, etc.
3. Handle and manage all legal documents related to Service Providers such as: “contracts, appendixes, annexes, authorization letters, change requests, etc.”.
4. Coordinate with Service Providers and Syriatel departments to handle internal and external correspondences in order to build and maintain a good business relationship.
5. Update Revenue sharing data and send it to concerned parties.
6. Follow up and participate of releasing services providers’ claims including the coordination with concerned department.
7. Participate in the preparation of the annual forecast for revenue and customers.
8. Participate in the preparation of yearly roadmap, considering all needed actions such as feasibility study, research, needed communication, etc...
9. Implement the yearly roadmap, including launching/enhancing services, features, etc. through preparing feasibility study, executive summary, product description, marketing brief, etc.
10. Assist in content planning, preparation monitoring and execution plan for the services channels in coordination with concerned entities and ensure that the content is creative, fulfills customers’ aggregate and aligns with Syriatel standards.
11. Identify and propose innovative services and business opportunities to support new revenue growth for Services Marketing Management unit.
12. Apply continuous international & internal research in order to enhance and develop business opportunities.
13. Conduct the needed arrangements regarding any draw with all concerned.
14. Develop competitive customer experience through reviewing and improving all interactive channels related to service, features, offers and apps.
15. Respond to customers' complaints and inquiries related to services, features, offers, etc. effectively and on a timely manner in coordination with concerned.
16. Assist in planning and execution the services promotion process.
17. Participate in preparation and implementation of Syriatel events – exhibitions – TV shows, etc.
18. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
19. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
20. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
