In this dynamic role, you will manage and grow our export activities, particularly in the African market. Your expertise will help us navigate the complex regulatory landscape and capitalize on new opportunities for expansion.
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and evaluate potential export markets within Africa, focusing on Algeria.
Ensure all export activities comply with local and international pharmaceutical regulations.
Develop and implement strategic export plans to achieve sales targets, including pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and establishing partnerships.
Oversee logistics and supply chain management for export operations, coordinating with shipping companies and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns.

A bachelor's degree in international business, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or MBA is preferred.
At least 5-7 years of experience in export management, with a strong preference for experience within the pharmaceutical industry and B2B sales.

Extensive experience in B2B sales and relationship management, with a proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing contracts with business clients.
Proficiency in international trade laws and regulations, particularly in relation to the pharmaceutical sector.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in both French and English.
Strong analytical abilities and experience in supply chain management.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with a strong understanding of cultural differences and market dynamics in Africa.
