- Coordinate with the concerned local authorities, SARC, donors and other organizations as required.
-Act as a team member maintaining the culture of shared success, joint accountability and commitment to achieving project targets, objective and budget. Evaluation of completed projects to verify that they deliver the expected services fully to the community for the expected period of time
-Collaborate with implementing staff to provide relevant information for ongoing program activities.
- Supervise the implementing staff on education activities.
- Preparation and train of teaching materials and other items for the classes to the implementing staff.
- Report, care and address needs of students with special needs or any others cases.
-To be responsible for reporting, collect and produce information (children database, progress of the project, and minutes of the meetings) to the Education Officer in Damascus.
-To develop a good relationship with other sector colleagues, attend the sector meetings, UNICEF colleagues and local authorities).
- To develop a professional working relationship with the administrative, teachers and director of the schools and perform duties in a professional manner.
-To provide feedback to the implementing staff so that he/she can effectively report and communicate with parents and students.
- To share successes and challenges experienced by students to the Education Officer based in Damascus.
- To assure that teachers deliver the appropriate curriculum to the students, assess the progress of the student and give guidance on the educational path the follow.
- To be responsible for reporting, collect and produce information (children database, progress of the project, and minutes of the meetings) to the Education Officer in Damascus.
- Contribute to the overall efforts of the team to develop and strengthen the implementation procedures.
- Perform other duties as required

- Bachelor degree in education field.
- Strong command of English Language both written and spoken for business usage and reporting.
- Minimum of 1 years experience management experience in an NGO environment, preferably in education in emergencies.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
- Have a good command of English in writing and speaking.
- Very good computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-point
- Strong command of English Language both written and spoken for business usage and reporting.
- Minimum of 1 years experience management experience in an NGO environment, preferably in education in emergencies.
