Responsibilities
- Develop a reporting schedule according to the deadlines agreed with the donor.
- Set up internal deadlines for data collection according with the M&E tools
- Deliver trainings to field staff on data processing, reporting, and give the needed coaching to develop their analysis skills
- Assisting in conducting beneficiaries situation assessment and data collection for their additional needs, also for the purpose of drafting new project proposals for funding.
- Coordinate with the Project managers and other field coordinators for harmonization of reporting tools, follow-up, implementation and data collection.
- Summarizing information and developing supporting graphics to produce and approve twice daily operational reports
- Process weekly, monthly and quarterly internal and external qualitative and quantitative reports.
- Responding to periodic donor and internal requests for additional information on project activities their performance and their result.
- Handle any other relevant tasks, as requested by the program manager.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, statistic, or any other relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role with INGOs.
- Language: Fluent in written and spoken English.
