Responsibilities
The Organizational Development Specialist in the Human Resources Department will have the main role of updating organizational structures and job descriptions, defining competencies, contributing to the performance management system, updating policies and procedures, and preparing HR reports.
1. Contribute to the development and review of corporate policies based on business needs, and best practices.
2. Participate in the review of Org Chart Change Requests, providing recommendations based on best practices.
3. Participate with HR and management to implement talent management programs, including succession planning, career development, and performance appraisals.
4. Create, review job descriptions, and conduct task analysis for directorates as needed.
5. Participate in job evaluation exercises following the company's grading system.
6. Define position competencies in coordination with departments, following the company's Competencies Framework.
7. Prepare HR general reports, Create, update, and maintain Human Resources matrices (e.g., Career Path, Career Enrichment, IT Assets, Access Rights Matrix, etc.).
8. Participate in developing performance management, and relevant areas.
9. Conduct continuous research and analysis on HR practices and metrics, recommending necessary enhancements to related policies/practices.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Organizational development and planning or related field.
• Certification in HR or Organizational Development is an advantage
• Very good in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
