1- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media communication strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
2- Collaborate with colleagues from various departments, including Marketing, Public Relations, and Creative, to integrate social media activities with overall marketing and communication initiatives.
3- Lead a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to maximize their performance and professional growth.
4- Work closely with the Content team to ensure the creation of engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics, to promote brand awareness and drive engagement.
5- Collaborate with the Analytics team to analyze social media metrics and data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives, and provide regular reports to the management team.
6- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to the company's voice and tone guidelines across all social media channels in coordination with the Branding team.
7- Work with the Customer Support team to address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
8- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate social media promotions, contests, and other campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with overall marketing efforts.
9- Foster positive relationships with colleagues from different teams, promoting collaboration, open communication, and knowledge sharing.
10- Stay informed about the projects, initiatives, and activities of other teams to identify opportunities for social media promotion and cross-promotion.
11- Collaborate with the Sales team to leverage social media platforms for lead generation, customer acquisition, and nurturing customer relationships.
12- Act as a liaison between the social media team and other departments, ensuring clear communication, alignment of goals, and effective collaboration.

1- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
2- Proven work experience in social media management, with a focus on strategy development and team leadership.
3- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
4- Strong understanding of brand management and the ability to maintain brand consistency across social media channels.
5- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
6- Analytical mindset and proficiency in social media analytics tools to measure the impact of communication efforts.
7- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
8- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
9- Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
10- Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with the latest social media trends and innovations.
11- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from different departments.
12- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.
