Responsibilities
- Assist the national Sponsorship Coordinator in his/her visual work in order to ensure high quality services to the International Sponsors of international sponsorship services. Heshe collects materials from programs like videos, photos, success stories, and profiles for newly registered children, and departure reports.
- Handle the gifts and letters sent to children and send them back to the villages after dispatching while sending thank you letters as proof of reception to the sponsors.
- Ensure protection of Preserve the personal data of the children, their families, sponsors and employees of SOS.
- Replace the national Sponsorship Coordinator during his/her absence.
- Creating the visual content on social media, websites and other purposes.
- Design photos, cards, brochures, greeting cards, etc., to be used for communication and sponsorship purposes.
- Assist in the execution of communications strategies.
- Regularly collect data, evaluate the organization's public image status on online platforms, and make recommendations for improving this image.
Child Safeguarding (CS)
- Child protection is everyone's responsibility
- Responsible within own area of work to prevent and protect children from all forms of abuse, abandonment, exploitation, violence and discrimination based on SOS Child Protection Policy principles
- Responsible for reporting any CS suspicion, concern, allegation or incident immediately following Child Safeguarding reporting procedures. CS reports should be made to the national CS focal person or any other member of the national CS team and/or to the respective line manager.

Qualifications
Must Criteria:
- University Degree in Business Administration /Marketing/Communication/fine Art or any other related .
- Not less than 2 years experience in the field
Qualifications and requirements :
- Working knowledge of design software (Photoshop, InDesign) and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
- Knowledge of media relations and digital media strategies.
- Proven proficiency in using various social media platforms.
- Strong organization skills and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (oral and written)
