Responsibilities
Objective 1: Plan field visits monitoring, planning and implementation:

- Elaborate and submit monthly monitoring plan for projects activities

- Coordinate with technical team and rest of monitoring team to plan technical studies according to projects plan.



Objective 2: working on guidelines for observations:

- Participate actively in monitoring process together with implementing partner monitoring team.

- Share technical knowledge and practices with implementing partners.



Objective 3: Reporting

- Monthly planning.

- Weekly and monthly reporting.



Qualifications
University degree (BA in Social Fields or any related field).
-1 years of professional work experience in similar position
-Knowledge in any of the following field: Food Security and Livelihoods, WASH.
-Strong communication skills to interact with both vulnerable population and key stakeholders.
-Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
-Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT).

Specific Vacancy Requirements
-Ability to work effectively in a team, very strong and daily collaboration with Technical / program team will be necessary
-Previous field experience in monitoring activities , and report writing.
-Stress resistance, ability to work in high pressure environment and complex context

Salary and Benefits
Contract period: 6 months renewable base on Action Against Hunger fund and performance.

Salary/benefits: According to Action Against Hunger's salary scale and terms and conditions.

Duty station: Hassakeh
