The All Round log Assistant will be working under the direct supervision of the Education Officer. He/she will be responsible for communicating Education-related information, coordinating with logistic, HR, and Finance department, for procedures related to implementing activities, gathering data from the field through undertaking visits to the fields, and reporting.

The Admin Support will perform the following tasks:

• Coordination with HR department and provide them with all required documents. with coordination with Education officer and Community Services Manager.
• Coordination with Logistic department and order office supplies as needed. With coordination with Education officer and Community Services Manager.
• Coordination with Finance department and provide them with all finance documents, with coordination with Education officer and Community Services Manager.
• Schedule team meetings.
• Prepare meeting rooms and equipment or technology that will be used.
• Coordination with Logistic team and order office supplies as needed.
• Assisting the director with projects and initiatives by completing assigned tasks.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with management, staff, and the community.
• Liaising with management and staff regarding administrative matters.
• Overseeing the maintenance, repair, and replacement of office equipment and furniture.
• Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged and prevent conflicts.
• Planning and preparing for office events, such as meetings, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Reviewing and updating office procedures to reduce errors and costs.

Founded in 1991, Secours Islamique France (SIF) is a nongovernmental organization devoted to international solidarity, social and humanitarian causes in the fields of humanitarian assistance and development aid, both in France and in the world.

SIF has started to work in Syria since 2008 and has been operating in many governorates namely, Aleppo, Damascus, Dara’a, Hama, Homs, Rural Damascus, and Quneitra. Shelter support is among their main programs along with Education, community services, and provision of water, sanitation and hygiene.
