Objective 1: Collect, analyze and disseminate the security and context evolution information.

Objective 2: Elaborate, promote and manage Action Against Hunger Operational Humanitarian Access and Acceptance Strategy
-Develop and follow up area-level access and acceptance strategies in collaboration with Action Against Hunger teams
-Support the development, roll-out, utilization and flexible application of global technical and operational guidance and materials related to humanitarian access, acceptance, negotiation and associated topics.
-Ensure access and acceptance related analysis, plans, issues and incidents are conducted and documented.
-Map, plan, and coordinate systemic ongoing engagement with all key stakeholders by respective Action Against Hunger staff, as it related to humanitarian access.
-Advise and support on key subject areas such as acceptance, humanitarian principles, humanitarian negotiation, humanitarian-military relations and engagement with armed groups.
-Share cross-context learning with field and management colleagues across the organization and contribute to a community of practice and culture of learning for humanitarian access.
Objective 3: Evaluate, mitigate and follow up the security related risks
-Monitor and evaluate on a regular basis the security risks within the mission
-Evaluate the risks of the locations where ACF Spain is working (included premises and programs).
-Propose the specific security rules for the mission, bases and activities in order to reduce the risk identified.
Take the necessary measures for the reduction of the exposure to the threats and the impact.
-Support the heads of project for the identification of the relevant actors important for the security management in the areas of work
-Validate staff field movement from security point of view. Work closely with the other departments on monthly and weekly
-planning of staff movement and travel to the field
In case of incidents, prepare or support the preparation of incident reports and transfer them to the relevant persons in the mission and HQ. Will also oversee the follow up of the incident in the decisions and recommendations.
-Conduct physical examinations of property to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
-Plan security for special and high-risk events
Objective 4: Train and sensitize the team on security issues
-Train the team (national and international) in security related issues according to their responsibilities, keeping particularly in mind the acceptance strategy.

-Prepare a security plan according to the methodology and formats described in the AAH; Spain Logistics Kit.
