Responsibilities
- Filling for all daily logbook paper in proper way.
- Provides daily registration services (medical logbook, medical services, patient cards big / small) at the site for all patients.
- Fills information of small patients’ card and consultation cards.
- Fill all needed information from patient cards and prescription to the consultation logbook
- Keep patient cards well organized and properly maintained.
- Maintain, submit and update all needed reports and logbook the MMT team leader on daily basis.
- Build, strengthen and share lessons learned regarding best practices to be followed in the MMT.
- Other related assignments
