- Provides daily specialized curative services at the clinic for Eye cases.
- Provides a referral base at the clinic for more severe cases including surgical intervention to other hospitals.
- Develop or implement plans and procedures for ophthalmologic services.
- Educate patients about maintenance and promotion of healthy vision
- Document or evaluate patients' medical histories.
- Perform comprehensive examinations of the visual system to determine the nature or extent of ocular disorders.
- Manage and provide directions for the staff in clinic for day to day activities.
- Maintain, submit and update all data reports to clinic manager on daily basis.
- Build, strengthen and share lessons learned regarding best practices to be followed in the clinic.
- Assist in the implementation of the clinic employee orientation programs and training needs of mid-level health staff of the clinic.
- Other related assignments.

- Good Communication Skills.
- Able to work within a team.
- Preferably previous experience working in the Humanitarian Field.
- Work in Damascus and Rif Damascus.
