Responsibilities
- Filling for all daily logbook paper in proper way.
- Providing daily registration services (medical logbook, medical services,patient cards big/small) at the site for all patients.
- Filling information of small patients' cards and consultation cards.
- Filling all needed information from patient cards and prescription to the consultation logbook.
- Keeping patients'cards well organized and properly maintained.
- Building,strengthening and sharing lessons learned regarding best practices to be followed in the Medical Mobile Team.
- Maintaining, submitting and updating all needed reports and logbook to MMT team leader on daily basis.
- Other related assignments as requested from the direct supervisor.

Qualifications
- Minimum of one to three years of experience, preferably previous experience working in the Humanitarian field.
- Must be able to demonstrate sufficient knowledge to work with patients.
- Must show adequate knowledge to maintain records for the registration of patients
