- Responsible for conducting MHPSS, protection and basic needs assessment in a participatory way for the people in need.
- Identify Mental Health/Gender Based Violence / Child protection cases that need support.
- Provide case management for Gender Based Violence survivors/ Child protection after detecting cases, including referrals.
- Refer mental health cases according to the wellbeing levels.
- Supervise activities conducted by trainers in order to ensure a positive Field activities that have a positive reflect to the children wellbeing;
- Carry on educational, awareness activities and support groups for adult ;
- Organize therapeutic activities for children and adults with behavior and psychological problem ;
- Play a role in counselling and referring cases that need individual intervention to the suitable service provider
- Maintain, submit and update all data reports to the supervisor.
- Build, strengthen and share lessons learned regarding best practices to be followed throughout the program.
- Support community facilitators implementing Youth Empowerment Program sessions
- Contribute in planning for weekly activities in the Field.
- Carry on individual sessions and family support when needed ;
- Work closely and coordinate with the staff in the place of work as needed.
- Other related assignments required by the direct supervisor.

- Minimum bachelor degree in psychological counseling, psychology, or sociology.
- At least 2-year experience specifically in counseling and/or case management.
- Previous experience in working with psychosocial and/or other social programs with international or local NGOs.
- At least 2-year experience specifically in counseling and/or case management.
- Previous experience in working with psychosocial and/or other social programs with international or local NGOs.
- Willingness to work with a diverse team of expatriates and nationals.
- Must show flexibility and be able to adapt to a stressed working environment if required.
- Previous experience in case managing or Gender Based Violence is an advantage.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good English language.
