•Coordination in the project site of the daily implementation of activities and with other partners in the field.
•Prepare daily, weekly and urgent reports and share it with the line manager.
•Liaise with the SARC focal points in the field and SARC volunteers to ensure the distribution/monitoring process.
•Liaise with local community leaders and local authorities.
•Conduct the requested assessments related to LH relief and any other field.
•Report any complaints and challenges received from beneficiaries.
•Planning and coordinating distribution process and report activities to the line manager.
•Explain the distribution modalities and train the volunteers.
•Ensure that the implementation process is always done according to the plan and the requested timeline.
•Coordinate, monitor, and report volunteers related activities
•Report immediately on any security problems that may occur affecting program, beneficiaries and the smooth running of the operation.
•Support COOPI on M&E LH and relief activities in targeted locations
•Report protection related incidents and CoC breaches.
•Ability to travel between governates.
•Any other duties related to program requirements

•Good skills (reading, writing and speaking) in English and Arabic are required.
•Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
•Understanding of humanitarian operations principles and standards.
•Extensive knowledge of the Syrian context and experience in Raqqa governorate field situation.
•Good communication skills
