• Assists and advises HR Operations Manager on general personnel issues.
• Advice's on employment law and employment relationship practices to support the HR team.
• Reviews and develops all Employment Relationship policies and procedures and make sure it reflects best practices and complies with the legislations.
• Coordinates with recruitment team a proper on boarding and induction of new employees.
• Performs assigned tasks or related work as required by HR Operations Manager.
• Ensures that HRIS data is accurate and updated for all employees.
• Ensures all HR services are in compliance with professional standards, laws & legislation and policies & procedures.
• Coordinates with the compensation and benefits team to ensure that appropriate allowances and benefits are paid as per actual records.
• Manages personnel files and keeps digital of employee info and update as per the company rules and legal requirements.
• Submits the required daily, monthly and yearly HR reports to HR Operations Manager.

BA in Business Administration or equivalent
Arabic, English (Excellent command in reading, writing and speaking).
