1. Scan, register, and index Section’s requests and correspondences including MOM (hard and soft), related to infrastructure, spaces reservation, electricity, solar system, equipment disposal, and access to telecom main facilities.
2. Check and classify with Head of Section the types of requests and correspondences whether they are strategic or routine.
3. Coordinate within the Section to prepare and update Section's database for incoming and outgoing correspondences and requests.
4. Provide Telecom Operations Head of Section regularly with incoming and outgoing correspondences status report.
5. Handle verbal requests of external parties in coordination with concerned departments.
6. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
7. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
