1. Prepare and check all earnings and deductions related to payroll elements as per Payroll Check List and matrix on a monthly basis.
2. Handle and maintain proper implementation of benefits and compensation as per set matrix and ensure timely payment for employee’s salary.
3. Ensure proper administration for loyalty program's payments and loans balance deductions as per set procedures.
4. Coordinate with concerned department in order to correct any discrepancy in payroll elements when needed and apply corrective actions.
5. Coordinate with Finance department to arrange the final clearance for departing employees.
6. Prepare and check martyrs cases deduction and payments.
7. Prepare end of year salary increase and bonus lists as per management instructions.
8. Maintain up-to-date system records for employees' assignment and compensation.
9. Update and validate payroll related data on HR system.
10. Coordinate with Banks concerning employees accounts.
11. Prepare and generate needed reports within section scope on timely and accurate manners.
12. Answer employees inquires on payroll related issues and handle received complaints.
13. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
14. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
15. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
