Responsibilities
• Make sure generators are functioning well, serviced and in good condition if exist.
• Coordinate with procurement for pickup and delivery of purchases.
• Provide procurement offers.
• Weekly market purchases.
• Responsible for general location maintenance and repair, to include changing lights, servicing the fountain, basic plumbing and repairs.
• Removal of trash and debris..
• Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
• Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office.
• Make sure the office premise and exterior space is clean and presentable.
General & Miscellaneous:
• Ensures respect of rules and procedures.
• Respects and applies the security rules at all time, reporting on problems without delay.
• Upon request, may perform duties and task not covered in this job description, as well as, providing support to other departments as needed

Qualifications
• Education level at least have High school certificate with basic office skills.
• work experience in maintenance is preferable.
• Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
• Arabic Fluent & Basic knowledge in English.
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary & multi-cultural people , ability to listen , diplomacy , motivation , tolerance ,capacity to work in a team.
