Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance to the development of the project’s PSS component;
Develop plans, tools and analysis related to the PSS activities;
Provide daily coaching, support and supervision to the PSS section in the implementation of the PSS program.
Ensure timely and quality implementation of the PSS activities;
Coordinate and collaborate with other sections Coordinator to guarantee an efficient and quality implementation of the project’s activities;
Report weekly/monthly to the Project Manager and on the activities implementation progress
Advises on PSS program and project proposals
Designs and provides briefings, Training; and trainings needed for program staff.
Provides ongoing support, guidance and advice to program staff in the field of Psychosocial Support


Qualifications
Education degree: Bachelor Degree
Field of education: Psychological counseling
Experience required: 3+ year experience implementing Case Management, Psychosocial programming;
An excellent command of verbal and written English;
Good knowledge word and excel;


Specific Vacancy Requirements
Strong organizational and supervisory skills with excellent reporting & writing skills;
Strong interpersonal skill and communication skills;
