Responsibilities
•Assist in the monitoring of cash for work activities
•Collect data and provide updated information on financial and administrative status of Shelter activities of the project for analysis and report purposes
•Assist and manage project expenditures, ensure budget is strictly adhered to, financial procedures are respected and all supporting documentations are submitted as per required schedule
•Assist in conducting a thorough assessment of the proposed sites, analyzing labor requirements, costs and timeframes, and taking into consideration the successes and constraints at all sites
•Preparing detailed B.O.Q. for the unfinished building in the assessment stage
•Quality control on material and work executed by contractor
•Follow up implementation and ensure quality control
•Assist in the development of training materials and conduct related trainings as needed for the project
•Draft project progress reports and submit on the progress of activities and challenges faced

Qualifications
Intermediate Institute - University Degree is a Plus
Good command of English Language
Good computer skills
High sense of team spirits
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to visit field locations

Specific Vacancy Requirements
•Achieve outcome of SIF projects according to Donors conditions and requirements
•Ensure adherence to SIF Procedures Manual
•Ensure adherence to SIF Internal Rules & Regulations
•Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates
•Maintain confidentiality and ensure the non-disclosure of any information whatsoever relating to the practices and business of SIF, acquired in the course of duty, to any other person or organization without authority, except in the normal execution of duty
•Commitment to humanitarian business ethics
