Responsibilities
* Content Creation : Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy, write, and design engaging content for various social media platforms (posts, images, videos, etc.).
* Platform Management: Maintain social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, twitter, LinkedIn), including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
* Community Engagement: Interact with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build relationships and foster engagement.
* Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, and create reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
* Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to adjust strategies accordingly.
* Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and implement social media marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, to drive traffic and increase brand visibility.
* Brand Voice & Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, tone, and guidelines for consistency across platforms.

* Good understanding of social media KPIs.
* Good time-management skills.
* Great interpersonal and communication skills.
