Responsibilities
The Registration staff will be responsible for registering the beneficiaries on SCOPE after making sure that the Household has provided all required documents. The incumbent will report directly to the Project Coordinator.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make sure that the data is being registered on Excel.
- Data cleansing at the end of each registering day before uploading the data by the Distribution Officer.
- Commitment to the conditions of pregnant women registration in PLW project (pregnancy status and confirming of pregnancy by a specialist doctor, pregnant women did not previously benefit from the project and she benefits from the food basket program).
- Commitment with the conditions of out-of-school student registration in OOSC project (The student must be in the Directorate of Education lists) and reporting any irregularities may violate project standards;
- Preserving the beneficiaries’ documents’ archive.

Qualifications
- The applicant must have a university degree in a related field.
- At least one year of experience in a related field.
- Accuracy and attention to details.
- Very good communication, problem solving and team work skills.
- Good command of English (Spoken and Written) and computer skills.
- Male applicant should have finished their military service, exempted, or postponed for one year at least.
