Qualifications
- The applicant must have a university degree in Social Science, Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of field and technical experience with business development (special focus on micro-businesses, youth development, entrepreneurship and/ or marketing.
- Knowledge of business development, and business market.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High communication, problem-solving, teamwork and negotiation skills
- Having a good understanding of community culture.
- Good command of written and spoken English and good computer skills.
