Responsibilities
Report on a daily and weekly basis to the project manager on activities, achievements, challenges and plans
Coordinate with local partners to develop the selection criteria for livelihood beneficiaries
Assist with the selection process of beneficiaries and make recommendations to the project manager
Assist beneficiaries develop plans and suggest improvements where necessary
Assist with the procurement and distribution process of in-kind grants to beneficiaries
Develop and implement a comprehensive system of beneficiary follow-up and monitoring
Develop monitoring tools to measure the impact of project activities
Make recommendations on improvements and potential expansion of project activities
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, development or similar
• At least one year experience in small business management, coordinating microenterprise, livelihood projects or similar roles
• Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills sensitive to the cultural environment
• Good computer skills
• Good understanding of the culture of Aleppo.
• English skills will be an added advantage.
