Responsibilities
Objective 1: (HR Operations)

Oversee all aspects of HR operations in the assigned base , including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.

Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Act as a strategic partner to coordinators in the assgined offering expertise on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development

Objective 2: (Recruitment Stream Focal Point)

Act as the focal point for recruitment activities across the mission.

Collaborate closely with the Head of HR to streamline and improve the recruitment process, ensuring that the organization attracts and selects the best talent.

Maintain a comprehensive database of recruitment activities, track progress, and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics to HR leadership

Objective 3: (Employee Engagement)

Lead and implement initiatives to promote employee well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

Drive employee engagement and retention efforts to create a positive work environment

Objective 4: (HR Projects)

Take the lead on HR projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, HR policies, and procedures.

Work collaboratively with the Head of HR and Senior HR BP - Operations on strategic HR initiatives

Objective 5: (HRIS and Documentation)

Manage and maintain HRIS records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Oversee the preparation and maintenance of HR documentation and personnel files

Objective 6: (Reporting and Analytics)

Provide data-driven insights and regular reports on recruitment for the whole mission and HR operations in Damascus.

Collaborate with the HR team to analyze recruitment trends, identify areas for improvement, and ensure HR practices are aligned with organizational objectives.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
4-6 years of HR experience, including talent acquisition expertise.

Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office suite.
