Responsibilities
The Customer Service Agent will ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process for passengers, issue boarding passes, and address any issues or concerns. They will also adhere to immigration and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Main Duties:
1. Assist with check-in, issue boarding passes, check luggage, and verify travel documents.
2.Manage boarding gates for timely departures.
3.Provide high-quality customer service to passengers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
4.Adhere to all safety, security, and operational procedures as per company and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications
• Intermediate institute or related certificates, preferred in tourism field.
• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in customer service, preferably in tourism or travel industry.
• Customer oriented, very good English language and communication skills.
• Willingness to Work at Damascus Airport in a Shift Based Working Hours.
